"Gaa Yauh" is a chinese phrase literally meaning to "add oil". It reminds me to "keep on going", "endure to the end", "don't give up", and "be prepared".
I recently started going to a beginning watercolor painting class. While this area of my brain is rarely used, I find painting quite therapeutic. Here is my very first painting.
